For schools
From screening to support, one cycle for your whole school
Every engagement runs on the same cycle, delivered by a team of more than twenty clinicians across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology: screen, report back, run the group programs, then support the students who need more. Reviewed each term, and quoted in writing.
Step 1
Screening
A year group or your teacher-flagged list, screened on site by our Speech Pathologists and Occupational Therapists, with family consent through the school.
Step 2
Reports, letters and feedback
A letter for every family within ten school days, a class summary for each teacher, a priority list for your Learning and Support Team, and a debrief with your leadership.
Step 3
Group programs
Whole-class programs co-taught with your teachers, and small groups run in parallel across year groups, led by the discipline each group needs.
Step 4
Targeted individual support
Assessment, reports your team can file, and therapy on site inside the school day for the students who need it, with family consent.
Whole-class programs
Tier 1, Term 1 2027
Clinician-delivered programs for a whole class, co-taught with your teacher: language, handwriting and motor, regulation. Eight weekly lessons, a class check before and after, and a one-page class summary for the teacher.
A program designed with you
Co-designed
Tell us what your students need: Kindergarten or Year 7 transition, support unit consultancy, or something else. We write the program with you and deliver it on site.

The entry point
Our clinicians screen a whole year group, or your teacher-flagged list, on site. You receive a class summary for each teacher, a priority list for your Learning and Support Team and a letter for every family, then assessment, groups or individual support for the children who need it.

Assessment, small groups and individual blocks for the students you nominate, quoted per program and delivered on site by our team.
Team day, every week
Planned each term
Clinicians from our Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology team on site one day a week, all year, with one lead contact for your school.
Small groups, run in parallel
Tier 2
Small groups for regulation, anxiety, social skills and language, led by the discipline each group needs and run in parallel across year groups. Each group runs across a term with a teacher session and a parent session alongside.
Teacher and SLSO-run programs
Ready to deliver
A language or motor program your teachers or SLSOs run every week, designed and supervised by our clinicians, with training before it starts and check-ins through the term.
Assessment and reporting
Tier 3, multidisciplinary
Assessments across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology, with reports your school can file and use. Each report sets out the identified need, the classroom adjustments we recommend, who was consulted and how progress will be reviewed, in the shape NCCD evidence and access requests ask for.
On-site therapy, individually funded
Tier 3, individually funded
Therapy at school for students with NDIS or other individual funding, delivered inside the school day. Our clinicians already work on site in more than 50 schools across Western Sydney.
Most schools combine two or three of these. The scope call works out which, and every program is quoted in writing.
Professional learning and in-services for schools and centres
Practical sessions across Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology, built around what your staff are seeing in class: a staff development day, an after-school workshop, a short slot in a staff meeting, or a session for one team or room. Sixty to ninety minutes, with a handout and a short evaluation each time, and a record for your school or service plan.

Working With Children Checks
Every clinician holds a current NSW Working With Children Check, verified before the first visit.
Registered professionals
Occupational Therapists and Psychologists are registered with Ahpra. Speech Pathologists are certified practising members of Speech Pathology Australia.
Insured
Professional indemnity and public liability insurance, with certificates supplied with the proposal.
Child safe
A child safe code of conduct, child protection training and mandatory reporting obligations, in line with the NSW Child Safe Standards.
Consent and privacy
Families consent before any screening or assessment. Student health information is held as a health record and shared with the school only as families agree.
No conditions
Families may choose any provider, and individual therapy is never a condition of a school program.
For preschools and early childhood services
Room to Grow
The Early Years Partnership for preschool rooms and long day care
Start with a sixty to ninety minute in-service for your room team on a staff meeting night, then grow into the partnership. A year-long partnership for your preschool room: one Lead Clinician from our Speech Pathology, Occupational Therapy and Psychology team, one Room Plan, delivered inside the routines you already run. Each module is an evening session for the room team, two coaching visits, resources in your room’s words and a short measure at the start and the end.
Educator confidence, routines and the room environment are measured in Term 1 and again in Term 4, and written up for your Quality Improvement Plan. The year closes with a Room Report you can attach to it. No child is named in any educator-facing document.

Funding, by sector
Public schools
Often funded from equity loading, including the low level adjustment for disability loading, at the principal’s discretion. In-scope services can be ordered through the Department’s Specialist Allied Health and Behaviour Support Provider Scheme order form.
Catholic and independent schools
Learning support or wellbeing budgets, with a proposal written to suit your approval process.
Early childhood services
Centre budgets, inclusion funding, or, for educator-facing work, the NSW Department of Education’s 2027 Health and Development Participation Grant, subject to its guidelines.
